2. Can I get a caregiver Instantly?

Yes simply create a jobs post with your requirements, and we instantly match you to caregivers, no waiting!

3. What kind of jobs can I post?

Live In, Live Out, Reliever, One on One and Shift jobs. For Reliever, Shift and one on one jobs, simply set the days and times the jobs are available on the App.

4. How much does it cost to see caregiver’s listings?

It is FREE to view caregiver listings, depending on the extra features that you would like to use, and the package that you select, our packages start from $199.99 per month.

5. How many job posts can I post in a month?

You can post an unlimited number of job posts a month.

6. How does my job post get matched to a caregiver?

Our App is able to match your job post to a very high degree based on all the caregivers on our platform, and give an instant result showing what percentage that jobs post meets.

7. Can I view caregivers’ certificates?

Yes in the caregiver profile, simply click on the certificate you want to preview, look at it and download it if you want to.

8. How do I engage the Caregivers?

Our robust in App chat functionality allows you to chat with potential employers in the safety of our App, if you have entered you phone number you can also be contacted by phone. Note: The caregivers can only message you via the platform, and only you can call them, they cannot call you.

9. How do I manage the applications coming in?

Our “Pause a job” button allows you to pause a job listing while you interview and you will not receive any more chats regarding the job, if you are get the right candidate, simply close the job, and if not un pause the job.

10. Can I schedule when a job will be available?

Yes plan ahead, schedule and get the right candidate at the right time. Post when you may need a reliever when a caregiver will be on leave or is planning to be away.

11. Can I search outside of my parameters?

Yes on top of our strong matching capabilities, you can search for various parameters including, pay, Location, type of job, Additional language, qualifications, payment, start date.

12. Can I view placement requests by Discharge planners and Placement agencies?

Yes, you can see all request by discharge planners looking to place adults, this is a premier subscription option only available to Facilities that have been Verified

13. What do I see under placement Requests?

You are able to see general client information, date they will be available, type of Insurance, type of facility they prefer, location they prefer and any additional language required.

14. How do I get matched to a placement opportunity?

Yes, when a discharge planner and Agency creates a placement opportunity post, we immediately run that match against all facilities on our app and show the results to both the poster and the facility.

15. Can I contact a discharge planner or Agency?

Yes can chat or call them through our app

16. Can a Discharge planner view pictures and videos of my facility?

Yes our chat functionality allows you to view pictures, documents and videos sent to you by facilities.
