Yes, you can see all request by discharge planners looking to place adults, this is a premier subscription option only available to Facilities that have been Verified

You are able to see general client information, date they will be available, type of Insurance, type of facility they prefer, location they prefer and any additional language required.

Yes our chat functionality allows you to view pictures, documents and videos sent to you by facilities.

Yes in the caregiver profile, simply click on the certificate you want to preview, look at it and download it if you want to.

Yes plan ahead, schedule and get the right candidate at the right time. Post when you may need a reliever when a caregiver will be on leave or is planning to be away.

Our “Pause a job” button allows you to pause a job listing while you interview and you will not receive any more chats regarding the job, if you are get the right candidate, simply close the job, and if not un-pause the job.

Some clients may prefer a caregiver with an additional language that one speaks to meet a client’s needs i.e. Sign language or dialect that a client maybe more comfortable conversing in. This is strictly based on some specific clients’ needs and is not to be used for any other purpose.
