Our robust in App chat functionality allows you to chat with potential facilities in the safety of our App, you can also be contact the facility by phone.

Yes our chat functionality allows you to view pictures, documents and videos sent to you by facilities.

Some clients may prefer a caregiver with an additional language that one speaks to meet a client’s needs i.e. Sign language or dialect that a client maybe more comfortable conversing in. This is strictly based on some specific clients’ needs and is not to be used for any other purpose.
