Yes simply go to your profile and update your new qualifications, certificates and experience, we automatically update and show you jobs that meet your new updates.

Our robust in App chat functionality allows you to chat with potential employers in the safety of our App, if you have entered your phone number you can also be contacted by phone.

Yes, the App allows you to state at what point in the training that you are and when done, simply go to your profile and update you are now qualified.

Instantly as long as you have provided your details, we match you to all the the job on our platform and you will instantly see the one that best fits you.

Yes simply click on share button at the bottom of every job and you can send it to a friend or colleague 

Our App is able to match you a very high degree based on all the parameters you have entered and gives you a result showing what percentage that each job meets. 

Yes you can schedule when you will be available for a job opening, simply edit your profiler and say when you are available, you can also be working as a live in or Live out and you are looking for Reliever, one on one or shift jobs, simply click on your profile and set this. 

Yes, in your profile set the days and actual times you are available and we will match you with jobs that fit the times you are off or available for a job.

Create your profile with your information this information becomes visible to all Facilities and aggregators, in turn you can see jobs posts created by the Aggregators and Facilities, you can safely chat on our platform and Aggregators and Facilities have the option to call you, if you fit the profile 

You must be in the country you are applying the job for, you must be taking classes for training to apply. 

No, you cannot, as your registration will require in country details.

Yes you can simply enter your address of the city you want to work in and we will instantly match you jobs in that location.

Yes on top of our strong matching capabilities, you can search for various parameters including, pay, start date, type of job, and so much more. For additional jobs like reliever, one on One, Shifts and features like, Location, Additional language, qualifications, there is a monthly charge of $9.99.  

Some clients may prefer a caregiver with an additional language that one speaks to meet a client’s needs i.e. Sign language or dialect that a client maybe more comfortable conversing in. This is strictly based on some specific clients’ needs and is not to be used for any other purpose.

Some jobs require stronger upper body lifting capacity, hence we use age bands to help match with job requests 

Jobs that are posted by facilities may not have placement fees, but jobs posted by aggregators definitely have a placement fee that is collected by the aggregator and not us. You have the freedom to choose if to pay a fee or not.
