Enable Caregiving App, Buying/Selling/Renting - Your Path to Success
🔹 For Property Owners (List a Care Facility)
Step 1:
Download the Enable Caregiving App from the Apple App Store or Google Play.
Step 2:
Open the app → Select “Adult Care Facilities” → Register:
- If operational: enter your license details
- If selling/renting only: enter 00000 as license number and select “Selling/Renting Facility”
👉 Registration is FREE
Step 3:
Go to Profile → Edit and add:
- Photos & videos
- Market status (Operational / For Sale / For Rent)
- License status (WABO pending/approved)
- Property details (rooms, bathrooms, size, etc.)
Step 4:
Go to Jobs → Buying/Renting to:
- View matching buyer/renter requests
- Filter by location, price, size, amenities, etc.
Step 5 (Optional):
Pause your listing anytime if not ready. Resume when ready.
🔹 For Buyers / Renters (Find a Care Facility)
Step 1:
Download the app and register under “Buying/Renting Facility” (FREE)
Step 2:
Go to Requests → Add New Request and enter:
- Location
- Buy or Rent
- Budget
- Beds, baths, size, etc.
Step 3:
Get instant matches to available properties:
- View details, WABO status, and licensing
- Chat or call property owners directly
Step 4 (Optional):
Pause your request anytime and resume later.
